The economic empowerment of young women through local-potential-based entrepreneurship is a crucial strategy for strengthening the sustainability of women's civil society organizations (CSOs). This community service activity aims to enhance the entrepreneurial capacity of young women activists from women's CSOs in Bandar Lampung through coffee entrepreneurship training, focusing on brewing skills, the role of a reseller, and micro-business management. Fifteen participants from three organizations—Serikat Perempuan Bandar Lampung, Lamban PuAn Lampung, and Solidaritas Perempuan Sebay Lampung—attended a three-day training session using a participatory approach, covering coffee product education, practical sessions, digital marketing, and business plan mentoring. The Bakoel Kopi program optimally leverages the potential of Lampung's coffee resources and the local "Ngupi Pai" trend as a business opportunity. The implementation results showed a significant increase in participants' technical and managerial competencies, successfully establishing at least three micro-business units, and boosting entrepreneurial motivation and self-confidence. This program concludes that the micro-businesses developed have the potential to become a sustainable funding source for the partner organizations.
